Karlo Arenas has witnessed the growth of The Noise Academy (TNA) from a simple idea spawned from an instant messaging conversation with business partner, Veronica Amador, into a company that has become a fixture in the Pomona, Calif. music scene. Arenas oversees aspects of the company’s work pertaining to promotion, marketing, event production, and community relations. His current projects include the formation of a new design firm for TNA, SBJCT Design as well as securing a name for TNA brand within the local community.

Apart from his work with TNA, Arenas has served in several positions of leadership including stage and production manager for Goldenvoice, Guerilla Union, and Insomniac events.
